In cases of breakdown or damage, we deliver a replacement e-scooter to your home in 1-3 days, so you don't have to wait for a repair. You return the old scooter free of charge in the same box in which the replacement scooter came to you. The service also covers tyres, brakes and the battery whose charging capacity has dropped to less than 70 percent of the original.

If you do not wish to replace your scooter, we can provide you with all the spare parts and instructions you need to repair your scooter free of charge.

Augment ES210 Super:

Performance is guaranteed by a powerful 48V electrical system with 450/900W motor and 360Wh battery. The maximum range is 40 km. Its 10" pneumatic tyres and 3 separate brakes increase riding comfort and safety. Weighing less than 15kg, it is easy to handle and easy to carry up stairs.

The battery can be removed and charged in the same way as you charge your phone, for example, in a cafe or at your desk during the working day. The charging time of the battery is 5–6 hours. With one hour's charging, you get 6–7 kilometers of additional travel.
